Residential Services

At TCMHS Community Housing, our mission is to provide community-based housing and related services to people in need of housing supports or residential treatment in Androscoggin, Oxford, Franklin, and Northern Cumberland Counties.  Our goal is to assist people to enhance their success in the community, while emphasizing individualized programming and supports.

Community Housing:

• Offers a variety of housing opportunities.
• Advocates for housing for individuals with special needs in collaboration with other community providers.
• Works with other providers of housing on local and regional issues.
• Provides in-service training and education for other housing providers.
• Can provide clinical consultation to other community agencies in helping individuals with major mental illness.
• Participates in policy and program initiatives at the local and state levels.
