Moving Forward Program Launched with Training
Tri-County Mental Health Services is proud to be the lead agency in a new initiative to help youth transitioning to independence while living with mental illness. This week we and our partners from the the Community Collaborative for Children, Youth and Families had an orientation and training to Moving Forward: TIP (transition to independence), and heard directly from young people about ways we can improve the system.
