As we continue to mature as an agency, our approach is now guided by clinical principles of recovery, evidence-based treatment, and an understanding of the impact of trauma and violence on the lives of the people who choose our services. Tri-County Mental Health Services is committed to providing the people of Maine with excellence in mental health, substance abuse, habilitation and life skills services, respecting consumer rights, personal dignity and maintaining agency financial stability.
